Ships & Ferries

Everything you need to know

You can purchase tickets for ships and ferries operated by Moby, Toremar and Tirrenia on the App. Here you find the information you need on invoices, ticket changes and refunds, Ships & Ferries service operation and the Italian sea routes included.

The Ships & Ferries service - managed by Moby / Toremar / Tirrenia - covers all major Italian sea routes.

Once purchased, tickets will be sent directly to the email address you provided during the purchase. Please note that a PDF version of the tickets will also be available in the "archive" section on the App.

For information on changes or refunds of tickets purchased via Telepass, please contact Moby's customer service directly, by phone: 800 804020 or by email: helpdesk@moby.it.

  • Access the App and select the "Travel by Ferry" tab;
  • select the round trip route you want, then pick the days and the number of passengers;
  • choose the trip from the proposed options and complete the necessary information;
  • view your trip summary and confirm the payment on the App;
  • you will receive your tickets by email, while the PDF of the tickets and the transaction record will always be available in the App.

You can use the Ships & Ferries Service by downloading the Telepass Pay App or the Telepass Pay X App.

If you are a new customer, you can activate the Telepass and Telepass Pay services by clicking here.

You can request an invoice for the Ships and Ferries service by contacting Moby directly. You can contact customer service via e-mail helpdesk@moby.it or phone 02 76028132.

You can show the tickets you received via email directly from your smartphone. Also, remember that when boarding, along with the tickets, you must show a valid ID for all passengers, including minors.
