Looking to replace your device at a service point?
Find your nearest service point here.
Have the ITP tronco 1 toll subscription? Share your device number and new number plate with your motorway company: centroservizi.t1@itpspa.it or visit one of their service centres.
1. Open the Telepass app
Our app is available on App Store and Google Play Store.
2. Pick the device you want to replace
Open the App and tap “Menu” in the bottom right side, select “Dispositivi Telepass”,
and pick the device you want to replace. Tap “Vedi dettagli” and select “Sostituisci dispositivo”.
Select or enter your address: you’ll receive your device within 48 hours.
You can continue using your old device till you get the new one.
You have up to 20 days after receiving the device to return your old device: place the device in the
packaging included in your delivery, print the return label sent to your email, and pick the return
method of your chocie here.
Your device is active!
You can now use all our Telepass services
