Looking to replace your device at a service point?
Find your nearest service point here.
Have the ATIVA or Sitaf toll subscription? Share your device number and new number plate with your motorway company: centroservizi@ativa.it or centroservizi@sitaf.it or visit one of their service centres.
Open the App and tap “Menu” in the bottom right side, select “Dispositivi Telepass”,
and pick the device you want to replace. Tap “Vedi dettagli” and select “Sostituisci dispositivo”.
Head to your nearest pick-up point. Show the QR Code found in the app and don’t forget to carry an ID document, your national health insurance card (tessera sanitaria), and the old device.
Once you collect your new device, the old one is automatically deactivated.
You can now use all our Telepass services
