- become a customer by activating the Telepass Base plan with your ID, tax number, and your choice of payment method: direct debit, debit/credit card, or bank form (first check if yours is an affiliated bank and if your debit card is accepted),
- use our tablets to switch to the Plus plan if you’re already a customer,
- activate services included in the Telepass Base plan,
- request the device to travel in Europe with our Motorways in Europe plan,
- activate Roadside Assistance in Italy or Europe.

- change your personal details and number plate information in your contract – only if you don’t have a profile on our app or a user account,
- replace your device or return it to terminate your contract,
- insure your device in case you can't return it due to theft or loss,
- request device accessories for your car,
- request a second device (Twin).
